Just as all growth processes organizational development is never linear. Besides spontaneous adjustments and reactions to changes, one must consider the big picture, the strategy and the long-term orientation.

My approach: The systemic approach

Every situation, every company is unique. As a systemic consultant I don’t just suggest solutions or present the golden rules that worked out somewhere else. I develop solutions with you that work out in your system, your structures and with the given resources, and that fit your culture. The focus is on benefitting from the given resources and competences, to strengthen the strengths instead of filling the gaps, making everyone a participant of the process and thereby promoting the sense of responsibility of all.
